Before Meal Prep Solutions, I was working three jobs and weighed nearly 260 pounds. I knew something had to change. What started as a personal commitment to improve my health turned into a complete lifestyle transformation. Through faith, discipline, fitness, and nutrition, I began losing weight, gaining confidence, and becoming the man, husband, and father I wanted to be.
